Requirement

1. Minimum 10 years experience as Regulatory Advisor within any industry.

2. Degree or equivalent

3. Experienced in managing permitting and other regulatory requirement

Job Scope:

i) Assist Head Regulatory to formulate Regulatory Compliance Plan in ensuring compliance to regulatory requirements, companys policies and other stakeholders requirement.

ii) Provide advisory roles to various functional groups within PTTEP Malaysia Business Unit to ensure timely approval and permitting are obtained.

iii) Review and monitor overall compliance for company related business activities from exploration, project development, operation and decommissioning phases.

iv) Plan and execute assurance or audit activity for related compan premises / activity.  

v) Act as front liner for liaising  with external stakeholders including MPM Petronas, Government Agencies, State and relevant parties.
