The Roles and Responsibilities shall include but not limited to the following:

a. Assist (Audit, Train, Coach, & Mentor) on-site personnel including all crews, onsite supervisors/leaders to ensure SMEP Wells HSSE agenda focus areas are implemented and sustained on all sites.

b. Mentor and train less experience A&A coach on-site, developing A&A competency.

c. Provide feedback to leadership team i.e. Wells Operation Team Lead, Managers, VP during site visits, helping with the mechanics of the system and developing competence.

d. Observe operation, coach and verify that site supervisors are aware and implementing relevant HSSE focus areas such as Step 7, Goal Zero, barrier management and any other initiatives required by SMEP HSSE. Capture performance and coach on gaps closure.

e. Support roseplot assessments and Behavior Leading Indicator with Shell Supervisors and Contractor(s).

f. Identify Process and Personal Safety improvement areas.
