The Roles and Responsibilities shall include but not limited to the following:

a. Advice and supervise crew for efficient execution of drilling or completions or intervention activities.

b. Develops and recommends revisions or enhancements to solve and troubleshoot drilling problems.

c. Optimize the assets and equipment utilization during activities.

d. Ensure reporting routines are fulfilled.

e. Advise rig/work site personnel in performing the offshore activities by overseeing the activity of his/her subordinates.

f. Ensure all classification of society and authorities rules and regulations applicable to the activities are adhered to.

g. Ensure Companys and Clients HSE and quality assurance policies and standards are implemented on the rig/work sites.

h. Actively participate to HSE inspections/audit on the rig/work site.

i. Call for / Participate in investigations in case of serious incidents.

j. Support the investigation of non-productive time i.e. root cause failure analysis.
