The Roles and Responsibilities shall include but not limited to the following:

a. Support the embedding of the SMEP Wells HSSE key focus areas at wellsite.

b. Coaching, training & mentoring of site supervisors and crews during the transition to work phase, ensuring a safe work process is emphasized and that Goal Zero site supervision is cultivated.

c. Assessment and visible tracking of progress on improvement in the key focus areas. Report back to operation team and management.

d. Systematic and practical action plans to close any gaps.

e. Support roseplot assessments and Behavior Leading Indicator with Shell Supervisors and Contractor(s).

f. Identify Process and Personal Safety improvement areas.
